The AI inside Xulari reads a photo of a VIN plate, turns twenty seconds of a technician talking into a work summary, and writes an offer in two languages. It does not text your customers, launch campaigns, or change your records. A person confirms every one of those.
Customer photos and shop records are processed on machines we operate, not sent to a third-party model provider. Nothing from your shop trains anyone's model, ours included.
The model never writes a phone number, a price, a date or a VIN. Those come from your records and are inserted afterwards. A model that cannot type a phone number cannot type the wrong one.
A VIN has a check digit. A part must already exist on the order. A message must carry the shop's name and an opt-out word. Every draft is validated by plain code before a person sees it, and a failed check falls back to typing it yourself.
Low confidence returns an empty field and a manual form rather than a confident guess. An empty field gets filled in. A wrong one that looks certain gets accepted.
Photograph an insurance card and it pulls the carrier, policy number and dates. You confirm them with the picture still on screen — and the picture is deleted. We keep the fields, not the image.
A technician says what they found and what they did. It becomes a written summary in both languages, on the shop's letterhead, that the advisor edits and approves.
A short brief becomes an English and Spanish text plus a flyer card. The owner edits it, sees exactly who will receive it and who is excluded, and presses send.
Same car, same system, part still under warranty — flagged before the customer has to argue about it.
"Which Civics did we do brakes on last quarter?" searches your own history and returns the list, without you learning a query language.
Deterministic checks watch the queue, the backups and the board. When one fires, the model explains what happened in a sentence and suggests the fix. It diagnoses; it never repairs on its own.
Xulari speaks the Model Context Protocol, so with an owner-issued token your shop can point an assistant of your choice at your own records — read-only, scoped to your shop, rate limited, and revocable from your settings screen at any moment.
